สวัสดีครับ

ผมพึ่มเข้ามาครั้งแรก ขอฝากตัวด้วยนะครับ



คือ ผมลองอีเมล์ แบบ html แต่ไม่เค้าใจครับ แล้วก็ไม่รู้เรื่อง html ด้วย



ผมใช้ บริการของ getresponse ในการสร้าง e mail ขึ้นมา แล้วนำโค้ด html ที่ได้ไปส่ง ในเว็บ yourmailinglistprovider

แต่รูปภาพไม่ขึ้นอ่ะครับ

แต่ ลองเอาไปใส่ในหน้าเว็บรูปภาพกลับขึ้นครับ 



เพราะอะไรครับจึงเป็นแบบนั้น

แล้วต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ

การส่งเมล์แบบ html หมายถึง เราสามารถใส่ tag ของ html เช่น ตัวหนา ตัวเอียง หรือ ลิงค์ และ รูปภาพลงในอีเมล์ได้



ถ้าไม่เข้าใจว่า html คืออะไร ก็คงต้องศึกษาก่อนครับ เพราะมันเป็นพื้นฐานที่ ควร จะเข้าใจ ถ้าต้องการจะทำงานให้สำเร็จ



การส่งเมล์จะเป็น html หรือไม่นั้น มีปัจจัยหลายประการ



1.เมล์เซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่ใช้ส่ง รองรับ html หรือไม่

2.กำหนดค่าการส่งว่าเป็น HTML หรือไม่ (mail header)

3. เมล์เซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่รับ รองรับ html หรือไม่

4. เมล์ client (ตัวอ่านอีเมล์) รองรับ html หรือไม่



ถ้าขาดองค์ประกอบข้างต้น อีเมล์คงไม่เป็น html



ข้อ 1 เป็นสิ่งที่เราเลือกได้ แต่จาก ที่อ้างถึง มันก็น่าจะรองรับ

ข้อ 3 และ 4 เป็นเรื่องของผู้รับ เรากำหนดไม่ได้ ทางเลือกโดยทั่วไป ก็อาจมีลิงค์ หรือข้อความที่ระบุว่าให้ไปดูเมล์ที่เป็น html ได้ที่ไหน

ข้อ 2 นี่สำคัญ เพราะเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้เขียนโดยตรง วึ่งจะขึ้นกับโปรแกรมที่ใช้เขียน และ วิธีเขียน เพื่อที่จะทำให้เป็น html



ผมไม่รู้ว่าข้อผิดพลาดจะอยู่ที่ขั้นตอนไหน เพราะ ข้อมูลที่ให้มา ยาวเกินไป และ ไม่บ่งบอกถึงปัญหา



คำแนะนำ คือ ให้ลองใช้ตัวอย่างเมล์บนเว็บ เขียนเพื่อส่งดู ก็อาจจะช่วยให้เกิดความเข้าใจขึ้นได้นะครับ เพราะโดยปกติ mail ของ php ก็สามารถส่งแบบ html ได้ (มีตัวอย่างบนเว็บ)

แต่ทำมัย แสดงใน gmail กับ hotmail



hotmail แสดงไม่สมบูรณ์ครับ แล้วจะแก้ไขอย่างรัยได้ครับ
